New Clients and Projects

Surrey County Council

• In July this year, we were appointed on an on-going basis by Surrey County Council to provide consultancy services in relation to the County's building stock of schools, libraries and other public buildings. Under the appointment we are required to inspect structural defects, identify structural problems and design and specify the appropriate remedial works.

Private Client

• Design of a luxury residential property on the prestigious St. Georges Hill Estate. The 1500m² property includes a basement with indoor swimming pool.

Farnham Developments Ltd.

• Totland Pier - a most unusual project! Upgrading an existing Victorian pier to ensure it is structurally adequate to site a new residential property at the end of the pier.
