It is essential to know the likely defects which may occur in a building type, in order to assess the condition of the building and any potential remedial works.
Our current knowledge base has been developed over many years and includes a complete range of structures including castles, listed buildings and Tudor timber-framed structures, together with all types of domestic and commercial buildings leading up to modern construction techniques.
