Expert Witness Advice

The wide experience gained by the Practice in the design of structures and our intimate knowledge of building construction puts us in an ideal position to judge the actions of other engineers against the accepted level of competence within the profession.

As Expert Witnesses the Partners have acted for a number of solicitors and have given advice on a wide range of disputes.

The courts state that they prefer advice from Expert Witnesses who are practising engineers. All Partners manage design projects as a normal part of their daily duties and are familiar with current design software and the design norms within the profession. They are fully acquainted with the requirements of the Building Regulations, NHBC guidelines, current British Standards and Codes of Practice.
