Project Management is a natural adjunct for the building professional who has experience in all aspects of the construction process including knowledge of the normal construction contracts.
We have acted as Project Managers for private clients and local authorities and have managed all disciplines within the construction process. We have been involved in a wide variety of projects, which range from bridges to contaminated ground issues.
Clients also find it beneficial for us to act as Contract Administrators on projects where we have been appointed as the Consulting Engineers. Clients appoint us to obtain competitive tenders, appoint contractors, run the project and control all technical, cost and programme matters.
